20 Tips for Getting into the Best Shape of Your Life

1.) Determine Your Why 

2.) Stop Dieting 

3.) Understand the Pain vs. Pleasure Principle 

4.) Schedule Exercise in Your Calendar and Don’t Miss it 

“People spend their health trying to make money and then they spend all of the money they earned trying to buy back their health.”

5.) Remember that the Best Workout is the One You’ll Do

6.) Don’t Pay Attention to a Scale

7.) Take Pictures Every Week

8.) Get a Coach or other External Forces 

Henry Cloud says, “Where your maturity isn’t good enough to sustain you, bring in an external force!”

10.) Use the 80/20 rule when eating

12.) Plan Out and Pack Your Meals for the Day
