6 Keys to Becoming a 360 Degree Leader
1.) Become an All Star Where You’re at
People that produce, get freedom.
The 57 Rules of Success:
  • Rule #1 – Deliver the Goods
  • Rule #2 – The other 56 don’t really matter

“If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities. -Luke16:10

2.) Learn, While You Don’t have to Lead

Book: The President’s Club
Whatever level you are at, learn everything you can about what it will take to go to the next level.
3.) Serve Your Leaders
“If you have leaders working for you, everyone of them thinks they can do your job better than you can.” -Andy Stanley
4.) Become as Valuable as You Can!

Develop a plan for personal Growth!
  • What books have you read this year?
  • What podcasts do you listen to?
  • What articles and blogs do you read to stay current
  • Who have you contacted in your field that can help you grow to the next level?
5.) Add Value to Everyone Around You –  Down and Across
As you become more valuable – you will add value to others!

#1 Goal: Add value to the organization you work for. Ask yourself, what can I do to make my organization better? Who can I add value to today? Who did I add value to?
  • Start a leadership group in your workplace
  • Suggest going through a book together
  • Read articles together
  • Coach people in areas they are weak in – productivity
6.) Network, Network, Network – Become a Community Leader
Get out into your community! Find ways to add values to leaders!
Join Rotary, go to events like this, join Toastmasters, serve in your local church!
When is the last time you learned from someone who does something completely different from you?

Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else. Galatians 6:4
