The best way to make everyday exciting is to make sure you always have something to look forward to! Make sure you do things everyday that you love doing!

For me, everyday I:

  • Blog
  • Read
  • Workout
  • Talk to Laura
  • Listen to music I love
  • Eat well
  • Listen to an inspiring message or podcast
  • Connect with people that I love and that inspire me!
  • Avoid people and activities that drain me! (There are always thing I don’t enjoy doing that I have to do, but I know that once I get them out-of-the-way, I’ll get back to doing the things I love!)
  • Work somewhere that I love working! (This is a big one!)

These are things I do everyday that I look forward to! They make everyday enjoyable! They energize me. They get met fired up! Every night when I go to bed, I’m excited to wake up the next day because I know I’ll be doing things I love!

Life is too short to not enjoy every day!

I would also recommend always scheduling events and activities throughout the year to look forward to. It can be a vacation, a race, an activity, a weekend retreat, a monthly guys night, etc. Make sure you are always filling your calendar with events and activities that you are looking forward to!

If you’ll start scheduling things that you get excited about into your life, you’ll find that you are enjoying life more than you have ever enjoyed it before. Everyday will become a day you can’t wait to live!
