My Workout Reigmen

I know I share a lot of about fitness on the blog. I thought I’d give you all my workout regimen so you can seewhat I do on a weekly basis! If you have any questions, let me know! If you’re interested in P90x or Insanity, I’d love to talk to you about them. Contact me!

Right now I am in the middle of training for a marathon, thus all the running. If I wasn’t training for a marathon, I’d replace my Tuesday/Thursday run with a Max Insanity workout.

Monday: P90X Workout – (Chest/Back, Chest/Shoulders/Tri, or Upper Body Plus)

Tuesday: Run 45-50 minutes (6-7 miles)

Wednesday: P90X Workout – (Shoulders/Arms, Back&Bi’s, or Core Synergetics)

Thursday: Run 45-50 minutes (6-7 miles)

Friday: YogaX

Saturday: Long Run – this depends which week of training I am on. I’ll go all the way up to a 27 mile run.

Sunday – Off day or XStretch
