My Marathon Charity Segment on Pittsburgh Today Live

Yesterday, I had the privilege of being on the Pittsburgh Today Live show on KDKA. It was a great experience. I had the opportunity to represent Light of Life and the Pittsburgh Marathon’s Charity Program. This will be my third year running the full marathon for Light of Life Rescue Mission. It’s one of my favorite things to do each year! Below, I’ve listed two ways you can specifically support me as I train to run 26.2 miles to raise money for the homeless of Pittsburgh. Here is the segment from Pittsburgh Today Live:

This year, our team has a goal of raising over $100,000 for Light of Life. That being the case, I would like to ask you to support me in two specific ways:

  • Run For our Team – Our goal is to have 100 runners join our team! We currently have 68! You can join our team by running the 5k, Relay, Half, or Full Marathon. Even if you’ve already registered, you can still join our team. Get more information about joining here.

Thank you so much for your support! It matters! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns by e-mailing me at
